Chrysler Repair: 41TE Transmission, a604 transmission, chrysler dealer

Question
I have done everything possible to try to resolve limp-in mode code 41 on my 1995 Cirrus, 2.5 V6, 41TE(A604) transmission. The last thing I did was to replace the TCM and had Chrysler dealer program and set up. It has been running without a problem forthree months, until two weeks ago. The dreaded Limp-in mode began. I haven't had the codes read yet but if it is the code 41 again could this possibly mean that the transmission needs to be rebuilt? Among the many things I did to try to eliminate the code 41, I replaced the low reverse circuit wire 7,20.
Any ideas?
Thanks,
John

Answer
well  i dont know what the code 41 is  and if u did the key on trick all it did was give u the general codes and not what the tranny codes are. If a check engine light is on what is the tranny codes  not the general codes. I will more then likely need to take it to a dealer ot a tranny shop and have them pull the tranny codes for ya
