Chrysler Repair: window rattle: 99 Sebring (sedan?), chrysler sebring, 41 cent stamps

Question
I have a 1999 Chrysler Sebring with a loose drivers window. When the widow is part way down it is loose and rattles. When the window is rolled up it doesn't quite enter the upper weather stripping like it should. What is involved in solving this problem?

Answer
Hi Dan,
If you have the sedan model rather than the convertible there is a procedure that involves removing the door trim panel and then adjusting and tightening the window mechanism. It involves my copying maybe 8 or so pages and postal mailing them to you. It would cost me about three 41 cent stamps to get that to you so if you would be so kind as to send me back the stamps I would be appreciative. Just let me know via the "thank and rate" tab that you have the sedan version and tell me a postal mailing address and I'll put those in the mail to you tomorrow. You can reimburse me me to my address which is shown on the envelope.
