Chrysler Repair: 1996 Dodge Grand Caravan shudder while accelerating, sway bar bushings, dodge grand caravan

Question
I have been working on a friend's 1996 dodge grand caravan 3.3 V6 front end suspension.  The problem is that it is vibrating on the acceleration between 30-40 mph.  It feels like a side to side shudder. I replaced the sway bar bushings, the stabilizer bar links, and recently both drive axles (remanufactured), all of these repairs have not corrected the problem. Tires are new, I also rotated them to rule out tire defect.  Where should I look next?

Answer
Hi Luis,
I would take a close look at the three engine mounts (front of engine, side of engine at the front of the van, and on the transmission) to make sure the rubber hasn't torn/fatigued or metal on either side been cracked. Acceleration is what puts tension of the mounts and that is when they might most likely cause vibration.
