Chrysler Repair: Radio not working: 2001 town & country, fuse box, power distribution

Question
Yesterday my radio went out.  It was working when my husband drove to work and when he came out to go home it was not working at all.  The equilizer lights are flashing and there is NO power to the radio.  No display ao anything

Answer
Hi Clara,
The fuse that power the radio is the first thing to check: #8 (10 amp) in the junction block (fuse box) under the dash on the driver's side. This ID is based upon my '98 manual which I believe should apply to your '01 model. If any other systems in addition to the radio are out, then look under the hood in the power distribution box near the battery at fuse #28. But if it is just the radio then fuse #8 is the only possible fuse issue. After that it pretty much means removing the radio for repair.
