THANKS FOR ANY HELP

Answer
Hi Marvin,
You could check the circuit breaker in fuse cavity #3 under the dash but if the convertible top works that is not the problem. As an alternative to the dash switch, I suspect your problem is the concealed headlamp module that is located on the left side of the steering column in that '90 model year vehicle. It has a 10-pin black plug, but only 6 wires. You may have to get the dealer to search around the country to find one. And if that fails, then you can fabricate one using three conventional relays such as the ones used on the '92-3 model. If the lights themselves work, then that module is probably what has failed. You can check that the signal to the module is arriving there by observing the voltages on the gray/red and gray/pink wires on pins 7 and 9 of the module when you turn the lights on and off. If those are switching then the body computer and the headlamp switch are OK but the module itself has failed.
