Chrysler Repair: 2001 Sebring cluster removal procedure, information data base, roland roland

Question
I have a 2001 Sebring with an instrument cluster panel that no longer lights up.  According to my research, this is a common problem.  I have located a service that will repair/replace the cluster, but I must remove it and send it to them.  Can you tell me how or where to get instructions on how to remove it?  My source only has instructions for 1997-99 models.

Answer
Hi Jennifer,
I am limited too in that my most recent manual for the Sebring is for 1998. So if your instructions cover the same period and are adequate for the task, it may be that you are OK. Of course if the design changed then you need a later manual's instruction. Let me know if you think that the 97-9 instructions apply to your 2001 but that they aren't clear and I can share what I have which is from the Corporate-published '98 service manual.
You might take a look at Autozone.com website, but this task may not be covered in their service information data base.
