Chrysler Repair: transmission code, 4 digits, transmission code

my check engine light came on and i took it to get checked out and it read offf an transmission code. i also noticed when driving its ok but when ur coming 2 a stop it sorta makes a bump noise like something in mr trunkk is moving and hitting my back seat. i thought it might maybe be torque converter or just something loose

What was the transmission code NUMBER? That is the key information I need to give you some advice. Also, what is the year and model of your car? The number has 4-digits if it is newer than '96, and if you can ask what the specific number was it would then tell us what might be wrong.
