Once I take the 2 screws out where is the clip thats holding it in ...how do I get the assembly out?

I am sorry to say that I don't have any info on that aspect of the Pacifica, and in fact I don't have a shop manual for that vehicle. As explained in my statement of expertise I am limited to models up to the year 2000.
May I suggest that you look into the Haynes line of manuals to see if there is one for the Pacifica? Or you might even go to the parts department of a Chrysler dealer and ask if you might look at their computer display of the parts manual for that part of the car which probably shows an expleded view. A final place to check might be www.Autozone.com which has individual car sections and possibly shows what you need to know for your Pacifica.
