how do I disable a 92 Chrysler Lebanon stock car alarm

You have to disconnect the plug from the alarm module, BUT, the engine has to be running when you pull the plug or the engine controller will shut you down in a hard lock out that requires going to a dealer to remove the lock out. If you can't get the engine to start, then try unlocking and locking either the driver or passenger side door. If that doesn't clear it then you have to clear it by doing a ground jump: from the wires on pin 4 to pin 5 on the module to ground then unground, which mimics the door lock/unlock.
You will find the module above the glove box, on a crosswise bracket which you may want to remove the bolts on to lower the bracket to give you better access to the module. You want to remove the underdash pad below the glove box, then remove the screws around the glovebox door to allow the box to drop down.
There  you will find the module with a 21-pin natural color plug. With the engine running pull the plug.
