Chrysler Repair: Wobbling in front end of a 91 Plymouth Voyager, plymouth voyager, rubber cushions

Question
I have a 91 Plymouth Voyager that I have just changed the transmission, axels and tires. The front end shakes and wobbles when accelerating up any bit of a hill. This vehical has been parked for 3 years, but I believe it was doing this before it was parked. What could cause this?

Answer
If it doesn't do it when you are on level ground and driving at a constant speed, but instead seems to be associated with accelerating, my first suspicion is that one of more of the rubber cushions in the three motor mounts may be fatigued, cracked severely, or broken. So look closely at those. Another test is: with the car at rest, idling and with foot on the brake, ask a helper to shift the automatic trans into drive and then into reverse, and observe how much the engine shifts at the moment of engagement. It should be very little, otherwise it is a sign of a worn out mount(s).
I assume that the engine isn't missing when you try to accelerate. That, if not true, would help to produce a shake/wobble.
Let me know what you learn, please.
