Chrysler Repair: 1988 Fifth Avenue dash and tail lights out, rear wheel drive, front wheel drive

The dash lights and tail lights on our '88 fifth ave are not working.  Fuse does not seem to be the problem. Any suggestions as to what could be causing the problem?

I am uncertain about which type of New Yorker/Fifth Ave. you have there. Is it a front wheel drive or a rear wheel drive vehicle? I do have the wiring diagrams for the '88 fwd, but my most recent rwd manual is for the '83 model, though I suspect it would still apply in '88 for that part of the system. But rather than guess which wiring diagrams apply please let me know which type of drivetrain you have.
