Chrysler Repair: Harsh engagement into Drive, oil change, fuel injection

Question
I HAVE A 1991 CHRYSLER LABARON,I RECENTLY TOOK IT FOR A OIL CHANGE AND A TRANS TREATMENT THA PLACE RECCOMENDED THAT I GET A FUEL  INJECTION TREATMENT,WHICH I HAVE NOT DONE YET,BUT WHEN I START MY CAR AND PUT IT IN GEAR IT JERK THEN TAKE OFF SOMETIME,IT ALSO FEELS LIKE I HAVE TO PRESS ON THE GAS BUT IM NOT GOING FAST WHEN IM TURNING THE CORNER. WHAT DO YOU THINK IS THE PROBLEM?

Answer
Hi Lafarah,
On the jerk I would need to know if there is a delay after you put it to D, and if not then do you mean that it seems to be ready to go immediately but then when you step on the gas it jerks? The reasons are different for the two behaviors, so that is relevant for me to know. It is probably related to the transmission, but it could be the engine function at idle that is the cause. But I wouldn't do the injector treatment without knowing that those injectors are the cause.
Does the car have a tachometer? Can you tell me the rpm that the engine is idling at when you are ready to shift it into gear when you first start it? That too is a factor I need to know if you can tell me.
Also, can you tell me about the "treatment" for the transmission. Do you know which brand and type of fluid they used? If not I would advise you to find out and let me know as your transmission is very finicky about which fluid is used in it. Using the wrong fluid can damage it severly. There may be a better fluid to use which, if you drained out all the old fluid (by means of a true flush out procedure), would make the trans run more smoothly and possibly not break down prematurely.
If you have the V-6 engine then you have a transmission that is very costly to fix so you want to be sure that it has the correct fluid and not the wrong fluid. And you want to treat it gently so it lasts as long as possible.
On the turning the corner question, I don't understand what you mean. Could you try that question again and be more precise?
