Chrysler Repair: Concorde heater problems, chrysler concord, different air

Hi Rollie,My Chrysler concord only blows air thought the panel vents no matter what button you push.All areas of the panel light up. Also it only blows cold air. Can you please help me?

Hi Corey,
Rather than guess, would you tell me what year model you have and also whether it is a conventional heater control panel or an automatice temp control with digital readout?
The original design changed in '98 so there are two different air distribution/temp control designs. It would help me if you can specify the year and type of control.
It is mainly electronic but the circuits/fuses are different.
