Can't find how to tighten up loose rear view mirror on 1992 Chrysler Lebaron
-----Answer-----
Hi Patrick,
If you mirror is attached to the windshield glass, then there are a couple of possibilities. First, the mirror support arm is attached to a metal "button" (that itself is adhered to the glass) by a screw. Second, if after tightening the screw the looseness is between the support arm of the mirror and glass, then I suspect the button's adhesive is releasing itself from the glass surface. You can remove the button and buy a tube of special cement to reattach the button to the glass at an auto parts store. Finally if the mirror-to-support arm is loose, I would suggest removing the assembly from the button and study the means by which the mirror it attached to the support arm for possible tightening.

Answer
Hi Patrick,
I don't have a LeBaron convert to compare to. I would suggest you go over to a Yahoo autos group called The Chrysler LeBaron Club, sign up so you can ask the question there, and ask it. There are about 1700 people, most of them own converts (I have a coupe) and I am sure one or more of them will respond. I have the mirror stuck to the windshield on mine.
