Chrysler Repair: dash lights burnt out 01 T&C MiniVan, replacable bulbs, dash lights

Hi Wil: Chrys Serviceman said that a new "head" unit for the part that lights up around the hvac controls is around $250 + labor.  I'm sure I could fix the few individual lights that are burnt out, if the 'unit' was easy to get to, unplug and remove.  How do I get to it?

The head comes out with the whole center bezel that includes the vents and goes around the radio.There will be 2 screws at the bottom by the cupholders.The rest is held in with clips.So just pullit straight out.I'm not sure if there are replacable bulbs or not.
