Chrysler Repair: 1999 voyager, fuse box, cooling fan

I RECENTLY HAD TO CHANGE THE COOLING FAN RELAY. NOW THE DOOR LOCKS DONT WORK THE INTERIOR LIGHTS DONT COME ON WHEN THE DOOR IS OPENED THE HEAD LIGHTS COME ON WHEN THE IGNITION IS TURNED OFF, YOU HAVE TO TURN THE LIGHTS ON AND THEN OFF BEFORE TURNING OFF IGNITION. ALSO THE DOOR CHIME DOES NOT SOUND EITHER.

I would look at the wiring below and around the power distribution center (fuse box under hood) for broken and/or corroded wiring.Follow the loom as goes toward the headlamp and then turns back goes under the fender towards the door.All of these areas are known problem areas
