Chrysler Repair: Wiper Repair 2001 Chrysler Town & Country LXI Van, windshield glass, wiper blade

I recently started up the wipers on my van not knowing that the moisture on the windshield glass was too cold. The driver side moved back and forth fine.The passenger side however stuck to the glass momentarily and then the wiper blade moved up a 1/2 inch and then back down to home position. That's all the passenger side will do.Windshield motor works fine. What have I done and how can it be fixed? Thanks! I would appreciate your response.

Try this....Loosen and remove the nut on the affected wiper.Stand the arm up.(pull back on it)Wag it side to side untill it comes off.Turn on the wipers and turn them off.Allow them to park.Now put the pass. wiper on in the park position,tighten down the nut.See if it works.By the way the nut is a 15mm.
