Chrysler Repair: chrysler lhs running problem, chrysler lhs, radiator fan

Question
I have a 1994 chrysler lhs, I noticed it was making a rattling noise and upon looking I notice the pulley bellow the ac was wobbling and the belt had to be removed until I get the bottom ac idler pulley replaced, would this cause any diagnostic readings that I will show bellow? Next question, There are wires that come from the wiring harness to the tps sensor, The connector that is at the wiring harness had open wires, upon taping them, 2 accidently contacted  and caused a surge through the system. The car was running weird, would not want to go into first or at other times would not want to go in 3rd, so I purchased a pcm from advanced auto and they said it was flashed, after installing I received the same problems, so I thought the tps was bad and replaced it, still no luck, I am getting error codes 12 due to replacing battery and have est 30 starts. I am still getting code 24 after replacement of new tps, 31, 33, 35, and 65. I am going crazy here, I also replace the radiator fan fuse in cab of car, it was blown.

Thanks

Fran

Answer
This is out of my expertise, but I'll make few comments. The tps is an input to the trans controller. If there is a fault, the trans controller will go into limp mode.2nd gear only. You may want to trace those wires a little ways to see if there are any more issues with them.
