Chrysler Repair: 98 Town & Country A/C control lights flashing, lt side, bottom buttons

after having the battery disconnected for several hours the lights on the buttons that control the A/C and rear wiper are flashing. This happened in the past and i took it to the dealer who pushed the buttons in a certain sequence to reset after the power loss.  Any help would be appreciated.

Pretty sure its in this order.Fan on high,mode in defrost,then push and hold the top and bottom buttons on the lt side until the flash pattern changes.Let it run through its cycle and when it is done it will either be flashing the same way(a problem exsists) or only 1 button will flash and will go off on a key cycle.
What this is doing is calibrating the mode and blend air door motors and checking for proper cool down.So if your ac is not up to snuff,it may fail.
