Answer
Hi Elvis,
Have you attached a code reader to the 16-pin plug that is under the dash and tried to readout the computer to see if it has recognized any faults and reported them as a "P-code" which is a P followed by a four digit number?
That is a good way to find the cause of a problem like you have. Sometimes an auto parts store (Autozone, here in the states) will read the codes for you free, or a shop should be able to do that for $25.
Other than that I would suspect the coolant temperature sensor is inaccurate, or that the exhaust gas recirculation valve (egr) is sticking in the open (ajar) position. Either of those could cause a too dilute fuel/air mixture when the engine is cold and needs an enriched mixture. Write back if you get any codes, or tell me which engine you have so I can tell you where to look for the coolant sensor and the egr. You can inspect the coolant sensor yourself with an ohmmeter, and you can check the egr by visual inspection.
Use the "rate the expert" tab to reach me if I am shown as "maxed out". There is a space for comments to tell me what you have learned.
