Chrysler Repair: 2002 Intrepid Serpentine Belt, gauge spring, tensioner pulley

Hi,
I've been trying to change my 2 belts, but I can not figure out the tension pulley.  How do I release the tension on the belts?

I'm guessing that you have a 2.7l. If you have the tensioner pulley with a heavy gauge spring around it.There are 2 bolts on the plate that it is attached to.You loosen those bolts (not a lot) then there is a 1/2 inch square hole that you put a breaker bar in and push against the spring tension.The ac belt is pretty straight forward.(easy)
