Chrysler Repair: voyager van 1996: interior lights, windshield washers dont work, positive temperature coefficient, control switch

Question
I am having problems with front and rear washers. and interior lights not workingi have checked all fuses,

Answer
Hi I,
The interior lights are powered by a courtresy lamp relay located in the junction block under the dash (lower right corner). The power comes from fuse 18 in the power distribution center. You should be able to hear/feel the relay click when you turn on the interior lights at the headlamp control switch. If you don't get a response I would check the fuse and then the relay and finally the switch to see if it is grounding the #85 pin of the relay which is the lowest pin in the socket.
The washer motors are powered by a positive temperature coefficient device (circuit breaker) in this case the #7 PTC of 10 which are arrayed side by side across the junction/relay block under the dash, just below the multipin plugs (and above the relays). I suspect that PTC is blown and may be resettable, if not then replace it.
