Chrysler Repair: 98 Chysler Sebring Jxi Convertible wont start, key cylinder, full tank

Hi i parked my 98 Chysler Sebring jxi Convertible on a hill yesterday for about an hour it has a full tank of gas and it wont start. i put the key in the ignition and it turns the lights come on but not the car or the radio. It doesnt make any noise. the battery is good. the alarm comes on if i press the panic button on my key change. but nothing happens. Please help

Have you tried moving the shifter in to neutral?  It's possible that because of the hill it's just barely sitting on the edge of being in park and reverse.  You've got a known full tank of gas and you have no starter engagement what so ever?

It may be that the ignition key cylinder is broken too.  Does the key cylinder feel normal to you?  Does it have the spring-back motion it's supposed to have when you release it from the crank position?
