Chrysler Repair: 95 Cirrius V-6 cuts off while driving,no codes, crank sensor, sebring coupe

Question
Dear Doug, A friend of mine has a '95 Cirrius V-6 which cuts off while driving down highway. This problem has been occuring since '04. The man she bought the car from has had PCM ,EGR Valve, and Distributor replaced. Car will start right back up without having to cool off and has no codes stored. Also the distributor was just replaced again in June as she pulled up to gas pump and vehicle would not restart. Your help is greatly appriciated. Mel

Answer
I've got a few responses out there already regarding a no-start condition on the 2.5L v6.   You'll be able to research those responses and get more details there but I'd suggest a crank sensor replacement.  Check out those otehr responses for more information.  That engine is used in the sebring coupe, convertible, stratus and cirrus so you may need to look for those posts as well.
