switch on

Answer
Hi Luis,
It sounds like you have two problems:
the vehicle theft system has falsely alarmed and is still in the alarmed state,
there is a fuse blowing (but which?).
Please tell me the location of the fuse, any number or description associated with it? I can then think about what to look at as the casue of the fuse blowing.
On the non-starting: If it starts to run and then shuts off in about a second that means the theft system is alarmed and is acting to stop you from driving away with the van. The usual way to disarm the system is to turn the door key in either front door to the lock position and then to the unlock position which should clear the "shutdown" situation.
If you have a remote keyless entry key for the van then try to lock and unlock it with that fob. If you only have the door key, and using it on both door locks doesn't clear the shutdown, then you may have to try and 'fool' the theft system module or alternatively open one of the inner panels on either front door and try to get the wire from the key lock to send its signal to the theft control system which I believe is located in the body computer module. But before doing that see if you can clear it by trying the key in the lock of both the driver side and the passenger side doors.
If you can get it to start, then to avoid any similar problem in the future, I would just not use the system (unless you want to go inside the doors to fix the wires). If you only use the key to manually lock the car up, then the alarm will not become armed and therefor it won't fail you as it has done now.
