How to replace front driverside turn signal on a 1999 chrysler concorde?

Hi Leonard,
I only have the 93-97 Haynes manual to go by, but if your '99 is the same here is what you do:
Open the hood. At the top of the seam between the headlamp and park/turn housing you will see a clip that retains the housing; press on the clip to release the housing. Pull straight out. Turn the bulb holder counter clockwise and remove. Squeeze the clips on the bulb and pull out of holder. Installation is the reverse.
If the design was changed in '99 I can't be of help.
