Chrysler Repair: waterpump, plymouth grand voyager, ring groove

Question
What is the easiest way to take the waterhousing/second part of water pump off of a 95 plymouth grand voyager 3.3L I need help ASAP

Answer
Hi Thomas,
Here are the steps, taken from the '93 manual:
Drain Cooling System
Remove drive belt (by rotating the belt tensioner clockwise to relieve the tension), note belt pathway for later installation
Remove right side lower fender shield panel (so you can work on the pump from the wheel well opening thus created)
Remove pump pulley bolts and remove pulley
Remove pump mounting screws (appears to 5)
Remove pump
Remove and discard O-ring
Cleain O-ring groove and O-ring surfaces on pump and chain case cover interface, be careful not to scratch these surfaces.

Use a new O-ring
Install pump, tighted Screw to 105 inch-pounds
Check rotation clearance of pump rotor by hand
Put on pulley, tighten bolts to 250 inch pounds
Install drive belt
Install fender shield
Refill coolant

That is what I have. Let me know if there is something else you need to know.
