Chrysler Repair: 99 Concorde error code P0731, 1999 chrysler concorde, chrysler concorde

Hi! Our 1999 Chrysler Concorde has given an error code of P0731 Gear I Ratio Incorrect.  

Symptoms:
Check engine light on
Gas gauge not working
Gas low light on
Speedometer not working
Door locks not locking themselves (usually does this ~15 - 20 mph)

I don't know what the gear ratio thing means. From what I have read, it looks like we need to replace the Transmission output speed sensor, what do you think?

Where is a good place to get a sensor? Is it ok to drive the car in the meantime? It stalled out while idling yesterday, which it doesn't usually ever do.

this could be in the compuiter try resting the compuiter first by takeing off the neg. cable for 5 min hook it back up and then try to see if workd ok.
if not could be a compuiter reprogam this is 45 dollors in a good shop .
