Chrysler Repair: daytona doorlocks always clicking while moving, switch position, windows power

Question
also the chime is constantly going off along with the doorlocks, but only while my foot is on the gas pedal, but never while i am accelerating hard. any ideas?
by the way, it is a 1991 daytona with a 3.0 v-6, power windows, power doorlocks(!), cruise, and stereo. The stereo is a self install (me) and the problem  never happened until after the stereo was installed, but i can not figure out how this would affect the doorlocks.

   Thank you,

Answer
Hi Rex,
The chances are the radio install had nothing to do with the door lock/chime issue. More likely it is that one of the switches at either door that detect when the door is ajar is not being pressed in fully by the door due to either the latch plate needing to be repositioned so as to more firmly secure the door or the switch is slightly too far from the door interface. It will go thru this 'routine' if you unlatch and relatch the door while you are driving, so that is what is basically happening on its own. You could try leaning against each door while you are going over 15 mph and see which one sets off the chime/locks, then focus on that door in one of several ways described above. You can even simply epoxy a penny on the inside door 'skin' at the point where it pushes on the ajar switch, if you don't want to try and readjust the latch or the switch position. That will cause the switch to really know when the door is ajar, not mistake the condition as at present.
Let me know if that doesn't solve the problem.
