Chrysler Repair: replacing serpentine belts, chrysler concord, serpentine belts

Question
I am the one who placed the "No heat from vents" recently for a 2000 Chrysler Concord with a 2.7 engine. While looking for the no heat problem I noticed that the serpentine belts had cracks and since the car belong to my daughter I thought it wise to replace these belts. But after looking I am not too sure that I can do this. Is there a special tool needed? And getting to things looks impossible. Comments?
Thanks in advance.

Answer
Hi Landon,
Unfortunately I am not familiar with the belt drives of the 2.7 engine so I can't give you any help in this situation. It is a little too "new" for my expertise, such as it is. Probably the best source at a reasonable price would be a Haynes manual that covers that year of the Concord which traditionally have procedures for belt replacement and adjustment.
