Chrysler Repair: 1996 Sebring Convertible rear window, acrylic sealer, suzzi

On my 1996 Sebring convertible JXI,  the rear window had come unglued from the fabric.  this is not sewn in, it is sealed with a glue.  It is a glass window, and NO one in my area knows how to fix this, I even called Chrysler direct.  glass people won't touch it and upholsterers won't touch it because it is not a sewing problems.  used an acrylic sealer and it did not hold. Any ideas or places in Northwest Indiana that you know can repair these?
