Answer
Hi Jerry,
I have the '92 wiring diagram manual and I could more easily tell you the fuse assignments by mailing you page that lists all that. I need to xerox and snail mail it becuase I don't have a scanner. But there will be no charge for this, just a couple of days to get to you. So let me know a mailing address I can send it to.
For the radio, fuse #27 is the main power source, and if you have the Infinity unit with a power amp in the trunk that also needs fuse #12 to be working. On the power windows, the rear quarter windows have a propensity to fail due to getting water immersed when the drain flaps on the underside of the body get plugged up (located on the seam of the body, in front of the rear wheels). If the door windows work, then in all likelihood the motor drive mechanisms need to be serviced because all the window are powered by the circuit breaker in cavity #2 of the fuse box. I have an '89 coupe with fixed windows. So I can only send you the pages from the manual that show how to get at those mechanisms; I have no personal experience. I belong to a couple of Yahoo Autos grougs for the LeBaron and the quarter windows are an ongoing topic. Check out The Chrysler LeBaron Club and search for quarter window or 1/4 window listings to get a good idea of you they are dealt with.
But let me know if you want the fuse list and the pages on the window drive access.
