Chrysler Repair: 2001 chrysler t&c stereo problem, chrysler vehicle, fuse box

Question
I have 2001 chrysler town& country.  The radio has stopped working. It does not light up with time or anything.  The cd changer which is located below the AC unit will eject the cd. All other electrical appears to be normal.  Does this radio have a fuse?  I checked the fuse box under the hood and I did not find one for radio.
Please advise?

Answer
Hi Jerry,
The box under the hood is for the major current carrying circuits which then divide up to power several smaller circuits each, and these circuits are individually fused in a separate fuse box (or junction box) located under the dash on the driver's side. So take a look under there for that secondary box with lots of fuses, ideally labelled and find the one for the radio and check that one. That is what my best idea is, though it is not based on specific van experience but rather on how the system was set up in the other Chrysler vehicle lines. The same engineering philosopy is followed across most of the vehicle that they make.
