Chrysler Repair: Drivers side tire shudder, rod bushings, wheel alignment

Question
Hello Pete:

I have a question about my 1995 intrepid.  About a year changed the inner tigh rod bushings that are located on the rack.

To make a long story short I had to pull the whole inner and outter tigh rod off the car to change the bushing because some kid gave me the wrong bushing set.  I could not get the bushing into the hole.  I finally gave up and took the whole rod to the parts store and said if you can get this in here you are a better man than me.

He then realized he gave me the wrong part.  I took the right part home and reconnected it to the car with no problems installing it.

Here is the problem.  Even since I took the whole rod off the car I have experience an annoying vibration on that same drivers side tire. If I turn the steering wheel to the right a bit going down the road the vibration stops until I straighten out the wheel.

When the steering wheel is straight the car goes down the road straight but I have that annoying vibration.

Do you think I need a wheel alignment and if I do should I get a two or four wheel?  Or do you have other suggestions to the problem of the annoying vibration?

Thank you for all your help!
