I've got a 1989 Dodge Dynasty LE, and I can't find the wiper relay. Where would this be? Thanks

Hello Justin,
There is no relay in the system for the wipers. The delay function of the wipers is mediated by the body computer located on the passenger side cowl (above the kick panel).
If you are having a problem with that delay mode tell me about it and I will look in my '89 shop manual for how to proceed to figure it out. So I'll wait to learn more about how your wipers are operating if you want to pursue this further with me.
