How do I replace the low beam headlight on the driver side of Town & Country van, year 1998, 6 cylinder, and what tools will I need.

Hello James,
I am very sorry to say that I have no experience or manuals for the van models. Based on general knowledge, I suspect that the entire housing has to be removed from the engine compartment side and then you will likely have access to the bulb socket. So take a look from behind the headlamp assembly and see if you identify some fasteners. I wish I could be of more help but I claim no expertise on these models.
