Hi Regina,
I don't know where things stand with your Sebring. Did you ever get my first response? If not, please write back and I'll give it another try. I've been trying to locate your inital question. Do you recall what you used as the title in the Subject Box, and what day you sent it in.?

Answer
Hi Regina,
Sorry for the mix-up. Your initial question and my response somehow was lost at the alleperts website.
What you are describing now is a engine stall with restart. In some respects this is a little more difficult than if it would stop entirely because then it can be analyed more easily by the shop mechanic. Otherwise they can't do anything much until it happens while they have it. Now there is one thing that you may be able to do which is to check for any malfunction codes that the engine controller has noticed and recorded in its memory. I believe that you have to go to a shop with an 'OBD-II diagnostic readout box' to have this done for a moderate fee. Ask for the readout results and for their proposed repairs and costs. Then if you don't want to authorize them to go ahead and do it, then write me back and tell me what the codes are and we'll evaluate their response. I don't think this is a major problem, but you don't want to get in over your head unnecessarily.
I would also appreciate knowing exactly which engine you have in your car: both the number of cylinders, and the displacement of the engine so as to be most helpful in my response.
