Chrysler Repair: plymouth laser 1992, twin cam engine, marine mechanic

A friend has a laser 2.o twin cam and is requesting me change her timing belt she says she can here came apart while restarting it in her driveway.I'm a certified marine mechanic and enjoy working on my older rides. Am I bitting off more then I should getting into this or is it relatively a simple procedure?>

Hi Keith,
I'm not relating very well to the concept of the 2.0 twin cam engine in a 1992 vehicle. Are you sure about this description? There is such an engine but it came out quite a few years later than '92.
Please check this out and let me know for sure.
