Hi Thom,
I don't have the '93 but I do have the '92(and I suspect they are nearly identical at that point in the life of the New Yorker model). Chrysler wiring diagrams however are very differently laid out, compared to some other manufacturers in that they divide the diagrams up by different systems in great detail. So you end up with a 200 page wiring diagram in the case of the New Yorker, for example. I would be glad to field a specific question or xerox a copy up to maybe 16 sides (of the 200) and snail mail them to you. I don't have a scanner, and my internet connection is only 28.8 so scanning them is impractical. So let me know of some issue(s) that are troubling your car and I will let you know how the system works, or send you the diagrams for it.
