Question
95 Neon 5 speed standard
I do not know model this equals in Chrysler
Fan stopped working abruptly, no speeds work
I tested at motor- No voltage
I checked fuse block under hood, every fuse good, nothing labeled for that motor
Is there a inline fuse somewhere
is it on a relay?
thanks, mornings are getting cooler

Answer
Hi David,
Unfoortunately I don't have the wiring diagrams for the Neon so I'm a bit limited in helping you. But from past  experience I I believe that there is in addition to the power distribution center under the hood a fuse block located in the passenger compartment, usually under the dash on the driver side. So if you haven't looked for that one I suspect you may find a 30 amp fuse for the blower motor in that block. If you can't find it, I have a Canadian friend who is also a Chrysler enthusiast who owns a newer Neon and who is part of an online Club, who may know exactly where to find the block. Just write to ean@cogeco.ca  But I think you will find it and get you heater going again.
