QuestionI've got a 93 Chrysler Lebaron that I just bought a few months ago. I don't know too much about cars so bear with me. I just started noticing this today. When I'm in drive it's almost as if I'm always in a lower gear. If I go down a hill the engine starts to slow me down, but then I'll throw it in neutral and everything will be normal again and I'll pick up speed.
I don't notice it as much in lower gears.

blocks"in reverce".Now put into first position past "N".

changes gear !Then test the passing gear to see if it drops down a gear, then back off on the gas and it should shift into 3rd then overdrive,overdrive in thjis case is when the torque converter selenoid alows line pressure to the clutch
pack inside the converter.lrt me know what you find !
