Chrysler Repair: electric fule pump, electric fuel pump, advance auto parts

Hi i currently have a 1992 plymouth sundance.  I brought it to a local auto garage to get a new electric fuel pump.  The guy there told me you can not buy just the pump for this car it is a whole assembly.  I looked it up on this site www.autoparts.com.  The price came up 180.00 i was just wondering if u could go to that site and see if u get the same thing.  The guy at the garage went stright to a crysler dealer ship and told him 270.00 so i wasent sure if i was looking at the write part. IF you could do me such a favor i wood greatly appretciate it. thanks!

this is true what the garage told you about the pump . But they are wroang about the price of the pump the price at advance auto parts is 144 plus tax . And at auto zone if you have one in your aera the gas tank as to come out to inatall it in the tank it is in line this is what it is called . you were looking at the wright part pete
