Chrysler Repair: 1998 sebring convertable, sebring convertable, latch

i have taken in my car twice in january because of water leaking thru the drivers side front rubber channel and latch area.  it rained yesterday and it is still leaking.  why can't they fix this problem?  is there anything available i can do myself?

because this is happeing because they are not changeing the whole seal . you can by a seal from the dealer and install your self . when you get the new seal you let me know and i will guide you with the fix . good luck to you hun and you have a pretty name pete
