Chrysler Repair: Chrysler Fuel Injection, haynes manual, test valve

Question
I've got a 1994 Chrysler 3.0 EFT multi-port.  I can't find the fuel test valve to test fuel pressure on the rail.  Is there one on this car?  It's a convertible.  I think there may be fuel pressure issues, and would like to test to be sure.  The Haynes manual isn't super clear about where the test should be done (gives several options).

 This is one instance where I would follow the haynes suggestions.  I have found, on many occasions that testing at the valve gives a grossly inaccurate reading.  I'm not entirely sure but feel it is because you aren' really testing inline pressure measuring in the direction of flow.
Vehicle may or may not have the pierce valve, If you cannot see it, it probably doesn't.  Should be asily visible and accesible.
