How do you properly adjust the valves on a 1963 Ford F100 with the 223CID engine??

This is a unique semi automatic valve adjustment system on this engine. Warm the engine up and shut it down. Remove the valve cover and restart the engine. Between the rocker arm and the valve tip there is an almost heart shaped walking eccentric that has a dash mark near where it contacts the valve stem. To adjust the valves loosen the adjuster lock nut and then turn the adjusting screw either way until that dash mark is right over the valve tip and then tighten the lock nut. Repeat on all the valves and then they are adjusted. Replace the rocker cover and you are done.
