Answer
You didn't tell me what is wrong with the gas tank that is in the car, but if it is the usual situation, your best bet is to remove the tank and send it out for repair.  If you look in Hemmings Motor News, under services offered, you will see vendors who specialize in this repair.

If you have no tank at all, you will have to contact people who sell Chevrolet parts to see if anyone has one you can have repaired.  Look on eBay, and also look in the vendors listed by the Chevrolet club (VCCA), which you can find with a google search.   You can also try Desert Valley Auto Parts in Phoenix AZ.

Vinyl floor covering was not used in that year Chevrolet, so I don't know what you are looking for. The Chevrolet club will be very helpful to you in finding out what you need and where to find it.  Chevrolets were very popular cars, and parts are generally not hard to find for them if you look in the hobby publications, or on line - just use your internet and you will quickly find a long list of people who sell parts for these cars.  Unless someone has tooled up to reproduce the original floor mats, (which is possible - contact Hampton Coach to see if they can help you), you may have to settle for a substitute, which you can get from ACCmats.com
