Classic/Antique Car Repair: car identification, hemmings motor news, fabric roof

Question
I have recently inherited a car from my great aunt that has been identified as a 1929 Plymouth. The motor serial number is U223311 and the body number is 383-2837. The car body is in good shape with rust in only one section at the rear of the car. The interior needs refinished. The fabric roof needs replaced. How can I get specific information about what this car really is? Are there photos to help me understand parts that may be missing that I may be unaware of? Thanks for your time.
