I need to know what kind of car you are asking about. Year, brand and model.  

I also need to know if the car is totally original as to wiring and switches, and the history of this problem (is it a new problem - or has it always had this as far as you know).  

If it just happened, and was fine before, tell me what has been done recently - for instance, did you tow a trailer?  Have you added some electrical accessory?  Converted from positive to negative ground or from 6 to 12 volts?  

Tell me what you mean by rear parking lights - do you mean tail and license plate lights?

Tell me what you mean by flickering -  what exactly flickers, and is it related to the turn signals being on, or just random.  Do your brake lights work normally?
