Classic/Antique Car Repair: 71 super beetle gas leak, emission control system, charcoal canister

A gas leaked just developed a leak under the right rear fender. Any
suggestions to where it would most likely be, and the easiest way the
remedy?

 There are several hoses connecting the charcoal canister (part of the emission control system) located there.  There is a steel vent line from the fuel tank, which is then adapted and connected to the canister with a plastic line (the small line on the bottom of the canister.)  This is most likely the offending line.
