Question
Hello, first of all i'd like thank the allExperts for there time & patience in helping w/our car problems. Me & my son are trying to lift our 1965 ranchero from the rear so kind of looks like a hot rod ,seems to be too low so would like some instruction on to go about it any help would be greatly apreciated.Thank you.

Answer
Hey Izel,

The best and cheapest way to do this is to add a pair of air shocks to your rear suspension. Also you can add metal extensions to your rear leafsprings called shackels. Or you can add both as I did on a 66 Falcon Ranchero. It looked great! Your local auto parts house should have these in stock, and for about 150 dollars or less. The air shocks are adjustable to about 6 inches or so. Just add air!
